Should be sue if he has been involve in a hit and run bicycle accident? |
My boyfriend was crossing the street while riding his bike, when a car ran a red light and hit him, the car didn't bother to stop and left. He flew and hit two cars, he was taken to the hospital, he had to get staples in his head and scrapes all over his body, Should he get a lawyer and sue the driver who hit him? this is in California gee i dont know does he want a crapload of $$$ so u can get your hair and nails done for the rest of the time u are together? How can he sue the driver if he took off? If you got the plate number file a police report on the hit and run. I do hope he has health insurance. If he can find the driver then he should definately sue. If the police found him there should be an arrest report. Go for it. Of course if the driver is nowhere to be found, then who's he gonna sue? Actually that person should have there liscenced suspended and serve time. If you can sue too great. Good luck. no he should work for his money and only sue for medical bills other than that there is to many sue happy people in this country already so we dont need any more i work for everything i have or will have more people should be more like me and if you say im wrong ill tell you a little about my self here goes im 26 ive broke every bone in my body except my back had many at work accidents with broken bones and have arthritus in my whole body so if i dont complain for what i dont have you should be happy for what you have and as far as him he should have waited till the car was stopped before moving or turning in front of it so it is part his fault sincerly josh SUE FOR ONLY THE MEDICAL AND NOTHING ELSE BECAUSE THIS WORLD IS SUE CRAZY AND YOU AND YOUR BOYFRIEND NEED TO WORK LIKE EVERYONE ELSE.
