Weight watchers question help really needed?



alright well i want to know if i did okay. i woke up ..
1. weight watchers muffin 3points
2.protein shake 3 points
( worked out on bicycle machine or 60 min.)
3. salad with light dressing 0 points
4. 4 rice cakes 4 points
5. 1 smoothie 1 point
6. chili 4points.
7. 1/2 a bag of SMALL movie theartre popcorn with butter

im supposed to have 20 points. and add 2 because im 15 and need dairy or something. tell me if you think ill still loose weight or gain weight.

also. i just weighed myself and it was 146 .. i havent gone to the bathroom in like 4 days. meaning i have stool in my system. meaning i will way less once it comes out =) soo ... does anyone know any tricks to relieve constipation? or help go to the bathroom? thank you so much. i really appreciate it.

You need to eat all your points. Do not try to starve yourself into losing weight. Get out your week one materials and go over the 8 healthy guidelines. This is where it tells you you should get 5 servings of fruits and veggies everyday, 3 servings of dairy (since you are a teen), eat whole grains, drink 6 glasses of water, get 2 tsp of healthy oils it ( they will be listed here), limit sugar, fats, and alcohol (shouldn't have to worry about alcohol if you are a teen), etc

Concentrate your food choices around those guidelines first, and then eat whatever you like after those are taken care of.
Don't forget you also get a allotment of weekly points above your daily points to eat as you see fit.

you should be eating enough to go to the bathroom every day. add some fruit and veggies to your diet. at 15 you need to establish how you're going to eat for the rest of your life or you will constantly be on one diet or another. follow the food pyramid and add in a daily supplement
