Pgm-fi problem. 02 cbr 954rr hesitates, stalls,and kills all lighting every so often? |
i changed gaering thru chain and sprocket conversion. i thought maybe that it thru the timing off but that does not explain the bike kill in all lights or stopping the engine unless its the cam position sensor,ignition pulse sensor or the throttle position sensor. even then that does not explain the lighting going out on me. has anyone had the same problem so i can save a little time trouble shooting I think you knocked something else loose when you did the conversion. There is very little correlation between what you did, and the symptoms you are getting... did you remove any connectors, or unplug any modules? I'd check there first. Cheers! I have a similar problem in that my 89 heritage soft ail wants to ":retard the timing or doesnt advance the timing when i use theturn signals.I think it is thecomputer under the seat because Ive changed everything else exceptthe timing pickup and the computer. That sounds like maybe you have a loose connection on the battery or main fuse. |
