bike runs great, oil light is starting to flicker on and off, has had oil change. synth. oil, oil level is good, happens at all rpm. oil pump changed at 50k has 70k now, at a loss of what to try. any help would be greatly appreciated. Rick
do you have an oil pressure gauge? try fitting one and see what the pressure is doing. could be some thing a simple as a dud oil filter or air being sucked in some where..
Good advice to fit a guage to see if there is a problem with the oil pump or something. more likely a short in the sensor wire that is rubbing somewhere - when it makes ground contact the light will come on.
