it was something to do wif a child getting fined for not having a light on her bike then the child saying to the police woman i thought the dick was surpost to be under the horse nt under it does anyone no how it actually goes?? The police woman must have been riding a horse and pulled the girl over for not having a light on her bike. I'm sure the punch line is something like, "Officer, I thought the *** was supposed to be on the back of the horse not the top of it." It's similar to: What do Harley's and vacuums have in common? Dirtbags. Hardly worth pursuing. Next. the only one resembling that I can think of at the moment is. What's the only animal with a Dick on it's back? A police horse. Mounted Cop There was a cop on his horse waiting to cross the road when a little boy on his new shiny bike stopped beside him. ''Nice bike,'' the cop said, ''did Santa bring it to you?''
