ok so this guy in my college who is supposed to be v v cute lives in the same area. he doesnt know me personally. but we cross each other in college. so last week he was on his bike and i was drivng my car and we met like at a couple of red lights side by side. then next day i was just looking at him when he passed me and he just did this eyebrow raise thing. then today we were again leaving at the same time and he was standing at the gate and checking me out (am sure of that). but within minutes he overtook me and was gone.. so he is supposed to be really cute popular etc.. flirt.. so i was wondering whether he would think about me. and what my next step should be.. he generally looks at me when i dont look at him.. any ideas? I would try and meet up with him somewhere else other than in your car so it will give him the opportunity to talk to you.
