front turn signals only work when and if the turn signal icon(the turn signal light)is lit on the dash it will flash on and off sometimes as i ride and hit bumps-but is off nearly all the time--what can i do to check or fix? please help also i want to integrate the rear turn signals in to the brake light-its LED where can i buy the LED integration kit and are they hard to install? FYI rear turn signals have been removed from the bike so i cant ck re dashlight fix either...please help! Ebay has led kits for 59.99 i think is that ok price?
Start by installing rear turn signals, front and rear are connected, when you remove some parts, the rest of the system won't work right. Also you'll need to check the left hand turn signal switch with a multimeter. You need a shop service manual to do this to find out which wires to check. The turn signal switch could be bad. Also check the turn signal fuse, it could be loose in the fuse block, or corroded. |
