Help!! Moral Statements...:)? |
Hi out there.. I need help with some moral statements.. RANK THESE FIVE STATEMENTS FROM 1-5 THERE NR 1 IS THE WORST.. THEN GIVE ME A "BIG" DESCRIPTION ON EACH STATEMENT EXPLAINING AND GIVE REASON FOR WHY YOU CHOSE THIS ORDER. COMPARE AND DISCUSS EACH RANKING. ADD SOME OF YOUR OWN CONNENTS AND EXPERIENCES OF COURSE... OK..! HERE GO.. A. Sharing downloaded copyright material (music, videos etc) with friends. B. Hiding a refugee from the police. C. Forging parent's signature to get a few days off from school. D. Buying a bike that may be sloten. E. Driving through a red light when there is nobody around. There you go..now you've something hard to write me about.. Thanks for helping.. 1.) E. Driving through a red light when there is no one around. All it takes is one time not paying attention and you could ruin your life and someone else's. People can be killed just because your to lazy to hit your brake. 2.) D. Buying a bike that may be stolen. That is just wrong. You are going to crush some little kids feelings when they come outside and their bike is gone. 3.) B. Hiding a refugee from the police. I guess it kind of depends what kind of refugee. 4.) C. Forging parent's signature tio get a few days off from school. I would be pissed if my son did this but I think just about everyone did this when they were in school. I know I did. 5.) A. Sharing downloaded copyright material with friends. How many kids do you know that don't do this? Honestly. The stars are making enough money as it is. We can listen to it for free on the radio, why not the internet? A, C, D, E and B: 'A' being the worst because it is theft just as if you walked into a store and put the item in your pocket. 'C' is fraud and no different than if you forged a signature on a cheque as far as the law is concerned. Forgery is forgery. 'D' because you are responsible for knowing the status of an item before you buy it. 'E' because the law says you must stop at a red light. 'B' is the least of these crimes because the refugee may be in danger of being killed if returned to their home country. You might be saving a life. A refugee is simply someone fleeing a war situation in their home country. |
