How does the 2000 Yamaha R6 Fuel Indicator Work? |
I'm interested in knowing what exactly triggers the fuel reserve light to turn on. It seems to turn on at random times with my bike. Just a few miles after filling up, it will turn on. It's somewhat distracting. Am I missing something - am I suppose to be resetting something to prevent this from happening? its maybe malfunctioning, but it turns on when you have about 1 gallon left. thats when you should switch to reserve.
