I laid my 07' zx-10r over help me put it back together.?

It makes me want to cry to even have to write this. Not even a month after I got my bike I laid it down going around a sharp turn that was fresly oiled. Wasn't aware of this until it was to late (no warning signs)!!!!! I found all the platic I need to buy to fix it but I ran into a few problems. There is 2 small scrapes on the frame and I was wondering if there was anyone who could help me on how to fix these, as far as filling them in and painting over it. Also on both sides of the bike there are 2 sticker like things on the frame where your knees go. That got some scratches on it as well and I don't even know what they are called so I can replace them. That is if they even come off at all. So I am also hoping someone can help me with the name of this part or where to get one. My gas tank got some light scrapes but it doesn't look like it went into the paint. Anyone got any advice on how to get them out so I dont have to spend 800.00 on a new one?

If the bike is fully insured I'd call my insurance company & start over. If a frame is nicked or scratched the insurance company will total the bike. Sad but true.
Go here for parts diagrams which should give you the part numbers you need: http://www.kawasaki.com/defaultframe.asp...

As for the scratches on the tank...
You can buy little bottles of enamel paint and mix to match the colour. If you are skilfull with painting, you can touch it up to be nearly invisible (anyone right next to the bike can tell it's been retouched, but not from a few feet away).

This would be your cheapest route to fixing up the tank.

I would also recommend investing in a plastic welder. You don't even want to know how many times I have had to fix my side fairings. Half the time I ride mine streetfighter style now.

The scratches in the frame -
Sand them down with #600 wet/dry sand paper.
Then buff the frame with "simichrome" (lot's of elbow grease) or a polishing wheel and a drill (10 minutes).

Will also help with removing scratches in paint (make sure you know what you're doing before attempting - An auto body shop might be better).
