Would it be ok and would I lose weight? |
If I started eating breakfast ate a late lunch (like at three/four it's too much of a hassle at [school 7th grade!]) which would be like a pb & j sandwich (I'm a veggie that's like the obly kind I can have!) and some sauted (spelling? o_O) mushrooms then I had w/e for dinner would I lose weight it doesn't sould like I would.... It sounded good when I thought of it!! I usually don't eat breakfast and I have a huge slice of pizza for lunch at school (huge is the only size and people are saying lunch at school is heathy!!) and I eat chips when I get home and then I eat w/e for dinner.... I don't really think I would lose weight.... But I am also going to have like an hour to and hour and a half on my exersise bike and walk either a mile and a half or three miles (walk everyother day and bike everyday). So do you think I would? Is it very heathy to eat stuff like that everyday? ( I would have freezer waffles and a little bit of syrup [light] for breakfast). I don't know what w/e is. But don't they have healthier chooses at your school? Like a salad bar? I'd say for breakfast you maybe should try like a whole grain cereal with skim milk and some fruit. Freezer waffles have a lot of calories. Maybe you should try looking up some recipes online for ideas of vegetarian cooking if that's what you are going for, there are so many more options then what you are eating. But I think biking/walking 1 1/2 to 3 miles a day is pretty good exercise and would help you lose weight. Pizza and chips are not healthy food choices. Unless they are baked chips and the pizza is a low carb version with lots of veggies. Yes, it would be fine and you'd probably lose weight. no sorry you want lose much if you don't put those chips down. no,you will not loss weight.eating that stuff is really bad,but you say you exercise .so to answer your question you might not gain weight fast but you will still be gaining weight even if you gain it slowly ,but you won't loss it either,.so I think you should stop eating junk food and keep working out.good luck. just because you work out and eat all that food might not be a good idea. chose wiser and better and healthier foods for you as opposed to pizza-check out how much fat it has and instead pick a sandwhich with a bag of Baked Lays-they are low in fat: saturated and total-and a bottle of water. make a snack to bring to school like carrots, apples or celery with 1 tablespoon of peanut butter-it has protein but pick the reduced kind! as for breakfast have some fruit or one of those Kellogs bars on the go.if you do not eat breakfast your meatbolism slows down-its scientifc evidence!-so have couple of bites of fruits, etc. eat in moderation:when you feel that you are full stop...as for working out that is okay, but you also need weights to build muscle! do ride your bike or jog with a friend but somehow manage to do some wt. related exercise-bench dips, squats and lunges , that sort of thing.and maybe you will lose weight if you chose your food more carfully by looking on the back of it at the labels, eating in moderation 3 healthy meals a day and working out 4-5 times a week. that is the only way you would actually do that-lose weight:do all 3 things listed!
