Would this help me lose weight? |
I the morning I have a bowl of cereal, usually either Raisen Bran or Froot loops..depending on the day...with a glass of Orange juice.. I drink water for the rest of the day.. I do snack in the middle of BreakFest and Lunch! i usually have those 100 calorie snacks like the little rice bites with chocolate on them... Then for lunch I eat either a sandwich ( with Brown bread ) and cold cut meat..and the works on it ( lettuce..pickles...Light Mayo...Pepper..etc..) Then for a snack again between Lunch and dinner I have Veggies and Dip..and for supper I have a Big bowl of Cooked Veggies, some type of meat..like Chicken, little steak..some ribs, Pork Chops....and for the rest of the night all i do is drink water.. And me and my boyfriend go biking for about 30 minutes everynight... I am 170lbs..and i had a baby a year agoI used to be 130 lbs... Can this routine help me lose the weight?? It could depending on your portions...especially when you have supper, but to see faster results you may want to exercise in the morning, both upper and lower body. i think it probaly will work, but try exercising like in the afternoon if you have time ok well i suggest u count ur calories each day. you should eat 3,000 calories a day. you shouldn't eat the froot loops. stick with the raisen bran. try not to snack. on ur lunch sandwich skip the mayo and try taking some of the other stuff off like the pickles. try biking up hill u sounds reli healthy of course ur guna lose weight that way and stay healthy at tha same time ur doin gd yes you are doing good, maybe through in some exercise. It will help you lose weight...eventually. But here are some tips: Raisin bran & fruit loops are very high calorie (raisin bran = 190 calories per cup!). Try switching to a lower calorie cereal, like rice krispies (1 cup = 90 calories!). Also, use skim milk (fatfree) on your cereal. Try eating real fruit instead of juice--it fills you up a lot more, usually has less calories and more nutrients. For lunch, try using mustard instead of mayo. and maybe use 'light' whole wheat bread. And try lean cuts of meat, like turkey or chicken. Diner looks good. And keep up the good exercise! no. instead of cereal in the moring, try oatmeal and fruit. orange juice is good though. instead of eating those 100 calorie packs, stick with the rice cakes w/out chocolate. add some fruit to it also. for lunch, have lots of veggies, with about 120 calories worth of grains. also eat about 6 ounces of lean meat. for dinner, skip all that meat. eat about 8 ounces of lean meat or fish, or to substitute, have 8 oz of dairy(no ice cream) your excersice is great. and you're doing great stick with these tips and you will see results. and it's okay to have desserts now and then. just not every night. |
