Pollution and Greenhouse > Global warming, Record Winter, Volcanic Awakenings and Eathquakes? |
Ladies and Gentlemen, Is there any program from the UN or any international organizations, that moves to provide assistance or grants to providing trasportation alternatives to the poor and developing countries, minimizing their pollution contribution yet still maintaining or even improving their way of life and economies? Like Bicycle lanes or Mass trasport (Light Rail) instead of their using second hand or Surplus cars running on very inefficcient engines. It takes years for these countries to even realize the decade old train system of the rich countries..Even more years for the more expensive hydrogen cars, or sorts.. In exchange these donor countires should also move to designate and plant more greeneries on their rural lands.
