I WAS hit by a car while riding my bike, im hurt and police did nothing. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

THE POLICE report says im unit 2, the woman who recklessly hit me has state farm insurance but there is NO telephone number on the report to call the insurance company. WHAT DO I DO WITH THE LITTLE INFO I HAVE? i want to call statefarm but theres no number.

the driver female blew a stop sign as i proceeded to cross a small street as she was trying to turn right on to a big street. She saw me trying to cross and hit me anyways and blew the stop sign. she had the nerve to ask me why didnt i stop when i have the right of way and when she didnt even stop for the stop sign. THE POLICE TOTALLY TOOK HER SIDE AND THEY HAVE ME AS UNIT2? SHE MIGHT EVEN HAVE BEEN INTOXICATED OR HIGH AND THEY DIDNT EVEN TEST HER FOR IT. I WAS TOO BUSY BEING STRAPPED INTO AN AMBULANCE. MY WHOLE BODY HUSRTS AND IM ON CRUTCHES AND NECK BRACE.

Go to higher authorities, those policeman should be fired, talk to their cheif, they won't be working for much longer

Have you tried calling state farms 1 800 number?

get urself a good *** lawyer and go to the station with him to file a claim against the officer and find out through the police report [if the idiot cop made one] who that woman was.

You are supposed to get an insurance card from the person that hit you. I suggest you contact the person and ask for their information, if they refuse to give it to you then you can talk to the police....is the insurance policy number on the report? If so you could just call a state farm office and they will direct you to the claims department.

get a good lawyer and go after the Police for their incompetence and also the driver for injuring you. At this point it would be difficult for you to handle this situation on your own. Trust me, it is amazing how quickly things get resolved once a lawyer gets involved.

YOU NEED TO CALL AN ATTORNEY, don't worry about anything, no numbers, nothing, get your yellow pages out and call a lawyer in your area, believe me, they'll have all the numbers needed to have a case, you are lucky!, now don't forget you can sue the lady, the police dept AND that officer, if the lawyer is good he/she can get you all kinds of monetary compensations, GOOD LUCK!!!, be good.

Typical cyclist. Blames the car driver. The police attended the scene and would have written a report so didn't do nothing as you claim. Claim on your own insurance.
