downhill mtb races downhill mtb tours Tours would be a separate deal, but for mountain bike races, you should check with your local racing association. USA Cycling/NORBA offers event insurance with their event permits. You'll need to get your event sanctioned through USAC/NORBA, but that's the best way to ensure that you as the promoter are covered.
