I'm about to move to Jacksonville from GA and I know here if you have a <50cc motor-scooter you don't need a motorcycle permit, license, or insurance. Is it the same for FL?
Also, would Jax be a good city to get around by scooter or should I just stick to a bicycle or public transit? (I can't afford a car.)
Jack's would be a great place to get around in on a scooter. Alot of people here in Fl are using them due to higher gas prices. And yes the laws that apply there for that bike also apply here. |
