i think they say you need a motorcycle licnense and register plates for mopeds that gpp 50 mph and over but what about the slower ones.. ive changed my mind on getting a fast moped becuase i dont want to go through having to get my motorcycles license.. so im buying a 40 mph with 2 strokes... i dont think i have to get a motorcycle license for this bike but do i still need to register plates??? and what about insurance will it need to be insured
