I just bought one. I know I need a Drivers, License, helmet. Can I ask where I buy insurance? I have headlight, turn signals, horn. Do they allow them on bike paths? I would be too afraid to drive one on the highway. I know there is help on the internet, but I check on South Carolina and could find no information on the one I checked. Anyone have another link to electric scooters in South carolina. Also, how can I find out how long one holds a charge? I do not want to drive this one to the bank and on the way home it stops, so could someone tell me how long the charge lasts, say three to four hours. Any information on them would be helpfull.
