Is 6 yrs old/kindergarden too young for 100 mile motorcyle ride? why or why not? |
my x husband made our daughter ride on other guys bike to visitation. I do not feel she is old enough for such LONG ride. is he endangering her welfare? I think he is, and I had a deputy go out talk to him about it. how do I know this guy has proper insurance or experience with rider. I need to get fast answers,please. she had helmit on, but I never noticed foot pegs. Yes he is endangering her welfare! That is way too young and illegal. Never trust anyone who will allow kids that young to ride on back. That guy obviously doesn't care about your daughter. how does she feel about it???? Well all you can really do is express your concern about it to you ex, and hope he will respect your wishes. You have already had a deputy speak with him, I suppose if it becomes an all the time situation, you could speak to a lawyer. But basically your either going to have to trust your ex's judgment, or he is going to have to trust your instincts. |
