While riding a bicycle at a GA roadway, an on-coming motorist crossed the median causing the bicyclist to go off into an embancment breaking his left foot. He was treated at a nearby hospital, however, he requires more surgeries to help his foot(ankle) he does not have any medical insurance, and is getting depressed because he was told he might not be able to have full capacity of his left foot. Do to him not having any medical insurance they (Hospital) might not be able to perform the surgery
because it's costly. He would like to know if there is any organization which he could turn to for help. Need help.
