Need to replace busted verizon phone w/ 2 years left on contract! No insurance! Help Me!? |
Have never had problems w/ phones so when I renewed my contract for two years in october I didn't opt for insurance when I purchased a motorolla e815. Well last week it flew out of my bike bag and the screens are smashed to bits. Now I cannot belive my only option is to spend hundreds of dollars tp replace it. Are there other options for me? I activated my old phone for the time being but its battery is old and it doesn't et reception in my apartment, which was the wholepoint in getting the pricy 815 in the first place(which got great reception). Personally, I would join a cell phone forum and get to know the people in there a little. A lot of the people in these forums can be of great help and there's usually a trading post on the forum where memebrs can sell phones. Most of the times it's a little safer buying a phone here compared to ebay because these members don't want to get a bad rep if a deal goes bad.
