Insurance in UK? |
Hi, A couple of friends had a bike accident. Basically a car came in their way. They fell. She's more or less ok but he may be amputated of one leg. They're European citizens but not from the UK. Can they get any financial help to help them cover their rent in the meanwhile? Who will pay for the operations? Will they get charged once better? Who could they contact? Pls help. i got charged when the truck i was driving went onto its side still got to go to court for it my lawyer thinks i have a good case and says that if/when i get of with it i should take my employer to court for a claim. if it was the other drivers fault there insurance should cover it if theother driver wasnt insured there are still ways to make them pay. go to a lawyer and seek legal advice or go to the citizens advice bureu they should be able to help |
