What car insurance companys will let me use my motorbike no claims? |
ive got 2 years bike no-claims and i want 2 use it on a car ive heard tesco lets you i was just wondering who else does anyone any ideas? much appreciated First answer is incorrect. In the UK, I know for definate that Direct Line will take your motorbike NCB and let you have a discount for it. You will get the same discount as if you had that many car insurance NCB but you will start building the motor NCB from scratch. Does that make sense? Basically if you then go to another company in a years time you would not have three years NCB, you would have 1yrs motor NCB and two years motorbike NCB and would need to see whether they would give you the additional discount for the motorbike one. As Direct Line underwrites Tesco I believe they have the same policy, and I also think the other companies belonging to the Royal Bank of Scotland (Privilege, Churchill etc...) will also do this. Tesco is usually the cheapest of these companies and offers pretty much the same cover Source(s): Three years working for Direct Line. i've not heard of any companies who do this or vice versa. its a scam I really cant say if there a car insurance company that offer such service, but its not bad to make a search on the net maybe you are in luck...try visiting sites like this http://www.nightbirdssolutions.com... and maybe allso you can collect quotes and see who offers the best and the cheapest car insurance for you. |
