In a mad idea for summer, and an idea to make some money I wonderd about buying a Rickshaw or Pedicab, as these are bike based what are the laws using these, in a city centre (Manchester) and would you need insurance, any taxi licence, or meet any council by-laws that exist? You would need insurance ,and you would have to have a licence from the local council . the best of luck |
