Why is it compusory to wear helmet while riding bike but not for the lady pillion rider? |
B'coz both the riders are in the same risk if it is meant to save life. Protection in case of accident is the purpose of mandatory wearing of helmet and this must also apply to a lady pillion rider. no compulsary ,in india , women heads are supposed to be well protected by religious backed Gods To save time.cos the helmet would ruin their hairdo. |
