Where can I get a custom bike helmet made for a child that I can order online?

The best bet is to visit a local bike shop and with additional sizing pads they should be able to accommodate almost any child or adult.

I am not aware of anyone doing anything "custom" as it would be impossible to get a one off helmet certified safe.

I don't know about custom, but I was wondering if you knew that they don't have to be custom ordered for children. Thousands of retail outlets sell children's helmets.

Great question Chris. I totally understand where you are coming from. My daughter who is now 12 was born with hydrocephalus (look it up at webMD) and I have wondered about that for years. There has never been a helmet that fits her properly. It's been a few years since I did a google search, but I'm going to try right now. There is only one small problem with your question.....it couldn't be too custom if you were to order it on-line. I would think a mold would have to be done of your childs head.
