Baggy pants - even though they annoy me - they are about the least harmful things out of this list. But the downloading music for free comes in a close second. After all, band make their money off concerts, not CD sales.

drinking under 21 is not illegal, actually no minimum limits for drinking! a 10 year old kid can go buy alcohol for his dad! no1 ask an ID or anything else

smoking is not private everywhere! each establishment has a nonsmoking area seperated! cz people can smoke everywhere! no alarm can took off :)
