Help with 3 page essay?

I have to do a three page essay about what I learned from court, because I got a ticket for riding my bike without a helmet on. Im almost done with the second page and I have ran out of ideas, whoever gives me the most ideas gets the points.

You can discuss:

- Safety - list potential accidents as in collision with a car, etc.
- Why the head is the most important part of your body.
- The functions of the head - eyesight, speaking, thinking, hearing.
- Bike dos and don'ts (let this be part of your intro). Like no riding in the rain or no riding while under the influence of substance abuse...
- Past head injuries with famous people -- like if Christopher Reeve (Superman) were wearing a helmet he probably would've been a little better off when he fell off the horse.
- Discuss how this makes you feel and how you've learned your lesson.

Don't forget to fix the margins, double space the report, and change the font to 12 Arial. =)

Thanks, person-below-me. Well, then you can say how much more tragic it could've been had he NOT worn a helmet.

I'd like to correct the previous person Christopher Reeve was wearing a riding hat when he had his tragic accident.

You could include something about the effects it could have had on your family if you had been involved in an accident.
