well, in Scotland, it's not agaisnt the law to never wear a helmet. i've never wore one in my whole life.

it deepends on teh state how many time uve been cought with out it befor what kinda cop catches u

i don't think there is a fine for that because i always ride my bike without a helmet and i also waved at a cop and tha cop waved bak and he dint say nything so just screw it u dont need your helmet
