Anyone know the details of the QB for PA, who wrecked his motorcycle yesterday? |
My Best friend is from PA.. He was almost in tears over the QB wrecking his bike yesterday and sustaining mutiple injuries!.. He was NOT wearing a helmet, FYI.... Anyone know the outcome? Is he still alive? Out for the season? Too soon to tell? broke his jaw and nose in a motorcycle crash, but doctors said they had successfully treated his multiple facial fractures after seven hours of surgery. Roethlisberger, the youngest quarterback to lead a team to the Super Bowl championship, was in serious but stable condition late Monday night at Pittsburgh's Mercy Hospital. was not immediately known whether the accident would affect Roethlisberger's chances of playing this season. multiple facial fractures and that "all of the fractures were successfully repaired." broke his jaw and his nose...will play this season...unless there are complications with surgery. ditto...he's lucky too. Another QB was out for an entire season once when his bike crashed and broke his leg. He is lucky to be alive since he did not wear a helmet. What he got from the accident is a blessing and he should take that as a warning that next time he might be a hood decoration. He had an operation, he has sustained mostly head injuries, including breaking his jaw and nose. He is in serious but stable condition. Too soon to tell if he will be out for the season, but he definitely has a long road of recovery ahead of him. They haven't discussed any other injuries. he broke his jaw and nose,lost and broke a couple of teeth.most likely will play this season.also he had minor knee injuries but not that serious to keep him from playing.Yesterday he had a 7 hour surgery to fix the broken bones and the doctor said everything went well. |
