The Following sentence contains either a single error or no error at all!? |
The new law requires that all bicycles riders have been wearing helmets while on their bicycles, even when they are not moving. A. have been wearing B. while C.bicycles D. even when E. No error A...because not only does it not make sense, it don't sound right...just like my sentence I just said. It was also past tense, and you can't make a new law that is in past tense!!! That's Sick n Wrong!!! Lol Hope I helped. :DA because "have been wearing helmets" is past tense and earlier it says "a new law" None of the above. It should read .... must be wearing helmets while... A - it should be "...riders wear helmets..." A..it should be "wearing helmets" and C......because it should be " bicycle riders" not BICYCLES. A and C are both errors: "that all bicycles riders" should be "that all bicycle riders," and "have been wearing" could be any number of things, including "wear" or "should wear." |
