However, a moderate amount of regulation -- especially in the case of prostitution, which would actually fall under the category of business, and could actually lead to health problems for the customer -- is not a bad idea. In my humble opinion, vocal warnings and informative notices would be enough. Actually, if left to the private sector, all of the examples given above would sort themselves out; ie, people who routinely engaged in these sorts of activities would wind up paying higher premiums on their insurance. |
