Is it a requirement to wear motorcycle helmets for Rolling Thunder? |
Just wanting to know when I ride through the Rolling Thunder Ralley on my bike do I need my helmet? Is it a requirement? Thanks! virginia is a helmet state, so yup. u need it. Required or not...here's a statistic for you, 80% of the motorcycle fatalities in Illinois in 2006 were NOT wearing helmets. Wear one-full face! Both VA and DC have helmet laws. (Thank the nanny types who do not think that adults are smart enough to make their own choices about personal safety) You will have to wear a helmet! 27 years in the auto business in the DC metro area!
