How do i listin to music on my motorcycle? |
can i get a helmet with a built in system or what? i listin to music all the time in my car but on my bike its a different story, i cant! whats your solution? most of the bikes have the radio system in the bike. obviously you dont but you could take the time and buy one or you could just use an ipod. http://www.aerostich.com/files/readings/... i would recomend financing in the radio installment because it just is a lot easier. this probably didnt help but good luck anyhow! Get your ears pierced really large. Large enough to stick you iPod's head-phones through them. Totally in right now.. Dude riding a motorcycle requires 110% of your concentration. One of the reason why helmets with sound system is NOT normal is because you would have to blast the sound pretty loud to over come the wind and the engine noise. You will be dangerously defening yourself to your environmental noise (like the sound of other vehicles around your - TRUCK and horns). === That's als the reason why it is ILLEGAL to listen to HEADPHONES while you are driving. You won't be able to hear other cars honking in emergency (or take that much longer to notice other cars horns). You can do without music for few minutes a day. If you can't then you should seriously consider not riding for your own safety. === I've been a rider since 1983. And some of my friends went all wild (sports bikes, racing, etc.) but eventually they all stopped riding except me. I rather ride safe for the rest of my life than to ride for few years and stop (because either I trashed my bike or because I got into too many accidents). Cheap and easy= like someone else said the headphones your Ipod come with. don't put them in your ear, drape them around(so you can still hear emergency vehicles) wear a helmet and leather coat. No one will know. There are helmets with thier own system Recievers designed for motorcycles only. Just like everything else, how much money do you want to spend and what do you want the end result to look like? Go out and buy your self a sofa on wheels, sorry a Goldwing. They come with a sound system built in and you don't have to worry about making any modifications to your bike or helmet. Riding with headphones is a bad thing, I have tried and couldn't hear the other vehicles around me, spent more time looking for cars and trucks, than enjoying my ride. Stay Upright. use an mp3 player with headphones that fit inside your ear. yes, you can't hear the traffic around you as well as one would like but what is the difference from that and those people who turn up their radios so loud you can feel the music 5 cars away? I say if you would like to listen to music, go 4 it. If it wasn't a good idea they wouldn't have put radios on gold-wings. |
