State Law in Panama City Beach Florida?

Is there a state law that requires one to wear a helmet in Panama City Beach, Florida while riding a bicycle?

If it is a State Law, then it covers all of Florida, not just PCB. I am not familiar with any laws for that county or city.

I believe the state rule is that children must wear helmets while riding. I don't believe it applies to adults.

No you dont have to wear a helmet. Im not sure about children though. Ive lived in PCB for a while and ive never seen children wear any.

It's a state law for Florida period. Deal with it.
