How to tell a guy politely and not offending him in anyway?

I have a little shop, i sell candy
and ice cream and I have chairs, and tables, well there is one guy, I feel really bad for him, he has no house, rides on a bike, alone, but he is quite and he always likes to help around, he is just lounging in my shop ALL THE TIME. and when my costumers come he just stares at them eating. it is very awkward. I don't know how to tell him, because I feel really bad, what should I tell him?
just put it simple and nice. I mean my shop is not a lounge, and If I were my costumers I wouldn't want this guy staring at me every move I make, that is literally what he does.
how do I brake it to him?

this isn't really about friends but Im putting it under here

*I mean he has a house, but he lives alone so I guess he just stays at the mall all day because he is alone

do you happen to live in eagle, idaho? cuz there a guy like that who lives there (that's where i'm from originally). just tell him, "Sir, I'm sorry but unless you buy something i'm going to have to ask you to leave" or tell him you need room for paying customers and that they'res benches outside the shop (if there are any)

Have a couple of your male friends anal assault him in your store. You need to act surprised as they are doin' the ol' "in/out" on this free loader so he doesn't connect you to the durty deed. After its all over and you help wipe the spooge from his loins tell him he should stay away for his own safety. He will probably agree and you will look like a hero.

Maybe you could put a sign on the outside that says "No Solicitors" or something like that. Or say "Excuse me sir, if you are not going to order anything, I am going to have to ask you to leave. I don't want to waste a table for paying customers."

you can ask him if he wants to buy anything...I mean there is nothing you can do if he is buying things, you can't kick him out for looking at others eat! whats the big deal!?

Just tell him that if he is not buying anything he is gonna have to leave so there can be more space for customers.

have someone else complain bout him,or just say that...that some costomers ahve complained bout him and that maybe not spend so much time here.! idk i hope i helped
