Weight Gain only in my upper part of my body mainly in my waist line.?


I am 37 years old. I have been really stuggeling with this weight issue I am currently around 190 lbs I know that It's getting worse my knees and my back are taking a toll. My normal wieght is 135 lbs I have had 3 childeren ranging from the age of 18 to 3 1/2 years old I went up to 175 and have keep it and then some. People ask me all the time when I m due and/or expeting I am so imbarresed my legs are as skinny as a pole but my mid section and my boobs are hudge. I've heard that it was mussel and hearder to get rid of I've tried the diet the exersice the bike (it's going on 3 years) I am feeling that there is no hope is surgery the next move for me and has anyone had the lap band or know any one how has. I hate shopping for clothes or going any where I need clothes but just end of bawling and leaving any advise.

Well a balanced diet and a good cardio routine will help you lose weight, personally i have never heard of muscle thats been converted into fat being harder to get rid of.
try doing a high impact cardio routine for an hour a day or just walking a few miles and a 1200 calorie diet would help
