What can I wear for cycling that looks CUTE?

Hey peeps!

Just wanted to ask what I can wear when cycling that looks cute because i have a really cute bike and i just generally like looking cute!

OK so here's the idea: I was think off some short plain black shorts, which would be quite loose BUT wearing some tight khaki colourd leggins underneath.

Only prob is the leggings you get from fashion shops aren't very breathable I don't wanna end up all stinking of sweat! Any places where they sell 'breathable' ones?

So basically I want something where I can wear cycling to college but still look mega cute when I get off of the bike and am about my daily business.

So basically: Adorable, practical and affordable is what I'm looking for.

Can anyone help?

Oh yeah also you know those bigg horrendous yellow jackets which stop you being run over after dusk? Do they actually sell any NICE ones?

They also have some fashion leggings too, which should be pretty breatheable considering they're from adidas.
