Hi l have a 2004 Honda 600rr with 16000 mile on it. It will not start .?

It was my daily ride never a problem. Two months ago l decided to put it on the race track,so it sat for a month. l gave it an oil change without starting it up to warm up the oil. l then removed the charcoal canister. Now l tried to start the bike and it woundn't start .It did turned over. l put back the canister,didn't start.l took off the canister and checked the hoses all clear. l checked the fuses. l checked the spark plugs okay and firing. l checked the fuel pump,okay and pumping the right amount of fuel. l checked the kill switch,tip over switch, kickstand switch. l went to the local repair shop told them of the problem. The mechanic told me they had a 2007 honda 600rr with the same problem. They fixed it by hooking it up to a car battery and running the starter till it started, lots of blue smoke, but after that it ran fine. Needless to say l'm not letting them cook my starter. l have a spark, fuel, l'm not sure about air, but l checked all hoses what am l missing?

l'm not letting them cook my starter....then youll be doing some pushing then...first remove your filter and spray directlly in to the back of the carbs some easy start...works wonders

If there is a lot of blue smoke then just remove the pugs and turn the motor over. It won't cook your starter because there is no compression. This will clean a lot of the bad gas out. then put back together and try it again. The other gentleman that said to put starting fluid in it is correct, but use this as a last resort. It's not good to use it if you don't need it.
