How to Store Motorcross Bike for the Winter and Summer?

At the end of your riding season certain steps should be followed. These steps will keep your bike in excellent condition during storage.
Instructions
鈥TEP 1: Emptying oil. To do this first warm up the engine. After it is warm turn engine off then drain oil out. Replace with clean oil.
鈥TEP 2: Next, remove battery. Store in a dry warm place.
鈥TEP 3: After removing battery you will remove spark plugs. Put several ounces of engine oil in cylinders and replace spark plugs.
鈥TEP 4: Drain gas tank and carburetor bowls.
鈥TEP 5: Wax all painted areas.
鈥TEP 6: Put bike on its center stand/ or use a cinder block under the back wheel. This is to keep it off the ground.
鈥TEP 7: Now place a piece of plywood under front wheel so it too is off cement.
鈥TEP 8: Store bike in a secure, dry and dark area. Preferably the garge.
鈥TEP 9: Cover the bike with a quality bike cover.
Tips & Warnings
鈥y taking care of your bike during storage time, this will make for a trouble free riding season next year by reversing these steps.
Just put it in your grage. You don't need to drain the gas or nothing just put it in your grage. I live in Wisconsin and we just got done having the big strom like a few weeks ago. Me and my Dad just got mine started last night! And my Dad is a pro when it comes to Dirt-Bikes so listen to me! lol
