Shed needs to be compact as tight for space.
Try the Internet,if you want a strong one either buy a steel one or shiplap, not overlap! If you only plan to put a bike in, it should cost you about 拢200.The only trouble with most steel ones is they have no base , so you have to find some way to hold it down.

I never heard of a bike shed but Rubbermaid (out of bussiness?) and now other companies sell all vinyl compact garden tool sheds that lock - just what your asking for. Check out Home Depot, Lowes, Wally Mart etc.
