Local bike clubs? |
Hi, just bought my first "real" bike and I'm interested in joining a local club to find people to go with/talk with. I can't find one! Can anyone help locate one near Ladysmith, Wisconsin? Please don't tell me to go to a local bike store (there isn't one), talk to fellow bikers (I don't know any) or check with local clubs (I can't find any). Thanks! Wow picky aren't we? Good luck Check mtbr.com forums, they have forum for every state, so you would probbly find clubs, and also a women lounge forum, the gals there are pretty friendly and give good advice. Spring Street sports seems to be in the same county -- 20 miles away in Chippewa falls. The second search result shows results from the League of American Bicyclists resources within 100 miles of your town. The third link is WI specific-- though you'll have a better time figuring out which cities are closer to you.
