That is a VERY low quality bike. I checked with one of my Chinese suppliers that make folding bikes and that model is not exported to the U.S. Believe it or not, the cost on that bike (if you buy a 40' tractor trailer load of them...868) is $31.00+ shipping and customs.

You would be much better off with a Dahon as suggested above.
