Diamondback wildwood bike? |
I'm looking to buy a comfort bike. I research few bikes and found Diamondback Wildwood for sale in local Dick's Sporting Goods store. Is this a good bike? Should I consider other brands? Are there any drastic differences between different comfort bikes? Diamondback invented the comfort bike. Their Wildwood has been around for a long time and has only gotten better. For the $250 you will spend on it, you are getting an excellent product. Just make sure that the techs at Dick's fit you with the correct frame size and take the time to adjust the bike to your needs, then, if you never go to that store again, make sure that you take the bike back after 30 days for the free checkup. New bikes have a break-in period and checking all the adjustments is crucial. I would say they are the best bang for the buck. You can get a 2006 Giant model for about the same price as a 2007 Diamondback, and you will be getting a much better bike that will last you alot longer. Good Luck! P.S.
