Bikers when u where a kid did u ever go into a bike shop and look at the bikes??? |
u know like your coming home and u stop to go in the store just to look at the bikes yes my mom was a biker and she didn't do that. but i love to look at the harleys in town.i have always loved motercycles and especially harleys because of all the power and sound behind it. I'm 35 and still do. I promised my wife I wouldn't get another street bike because I have an incurable need for speed, so I just "window shop" now. I even sold my track bike (Thunderace with 180RWHP race motor). I am rebuilding a 1984 KXT (Tecate) for offroad use. oh yeah, from the age of 12 i used to spend as much time drooling over the bike shops of hertford, hoddesdon and waltham cross as the shop guys would allow before throwing me out. i dreamt of ar125's and tzr250's. am now 34 and own a fireblade, but me and my mates still stop at bike shops and stare at the latest piece of speed heavan. When I was a kid I almost lived in the bike shop. Now I am in my 40's and still have a hard time passing one without stopping and checking out the bikes. I went on a nice ride this weekend of over 800 miles and stopped at every Harley store I could find just to look. only thing I bought in each store was a tee shirt for my daughter with the stores logo on it. Just an old biker Everyone's gotta have a dream..... |
