I was victim of an extremely, violent assault. My 2 and half year old baby girl and I fell asleep in my car (parked in my friends driveway). She was behind me, in back. Dark; approx. 10:00 pm. Friend told police Guy's name.Gave guy chance to return bike, sent him message. Then went to police a couple days later.) Managed to get driver's side door closed. Window glass exploded through interior of car. Guy had smashed his motorcyle helmut through window, square into my face, breaking my nose. Stole my bag, overnight bag, clothes and cash. Two months later, still have bruising under eyes. Also, they broke my finger, bruises, scratches up side of body. Nail black. Baby saw all, she talks about it.

Your insurance company will have to pay any damages under your uninsured vehicle/motorist coverage because you were in the car whenit happened. It will be a fight but will be worth it.
