Hello, I really want to loose weight and inches. So.... if I run a least 30 minutes every day, do the exercize ball 45 minutes everyday, and do the air strider a least till I burn 500 calories, and walk or ride my bike to the store if I just need one thing I could take back home easily. Yes, as long as your calories intake is not more than u burn. I also know a method that can speed up more of your weight losing regime. You have to do a set of 30 push up and sit-up/ stomach crunch just before u sleep. It will help u burn more fats while u r asleep. it should work yes You will lose weight as long as youre not sitting down with a mixing bowl full of pasta and a quart of ice cream at night. Watch your diet as well. Its all about the calories. wow very good, of course it will That sounds like a lot of activitie. That combined with not eating a lot of junk food should be great it just takes a couple of weeks to see results. can i advice u ....do heavy exercise if u are young ..else control diet can work ...believe me i loss 10kg in 3 month by diet only without exercise |
