How can I lose wieght?



I want to lose at least 30 pounds I'm 170lbs and 5'3 which supposedly is overweight i don't believe this crap but whatever.Anyways i want a bike for my birthday.But i don't think bike riding would do anything.I've walked before but i just cant lose it for some reason i tried the drinking green tea.That unfortunately didn't work either.I was thinking about diet pills but i can't buy them until i'm 18.Yes are store has a age you have to be.I wanna lose weight desperately.I used to be skinny and i hardly eat i used to have thyroid problems.I wanna lose it.Should i just stop eating?.It's summer and it's to hot to go for a walk.

Don't give up! You can do it! I'm in the same spot as you and it's 90 degrees everyday! Keep a food diary and write down everything you ate for a few days. Then go online to caloriesperhour.com and type it in and find out how many calories you ate per day. Try to cut down to 1,200-1,500 calories a day and walk or bike each day for at least 30 minutes. Try to build up until you can do it for 60 min. a day. You'll need to check with your doctor about how much you should be doing and you also might need to check and make sure you don't have thyroid problems anymore because I think there is a supplament you can take if you still have a thyroid deficiency. Just eat less and exercise more and you should lose weight. Keep it up, you can do it!

Suck it up your not gonna lose weight sitting on a couch. If you dont want to go outside sign up at a gym. Good Luck!
It has been said that the last 30 pounds are the hardest to lose (sucks, I know. Trust me...I'm trying to lose 5!). Anyways, your diet should be 80% fruits and veggies, followed by an hour of cardio about 5 times a week. It sucks, but the end results are SO worth it.

5'3" and 170 is definitely overweight. Ask yourself.. COuld I make it 4 flights of stairs without having a heart attack?
