What is the BEST way, not easiest, for a 14 your old girl to lose weight? |
i am 14, 5'9", 250 lbs. i want to know like what i should buy from the store, pack for lunch, eat for snacks. i know the whole eat healthy and exercise thing, but it's hard when i don't have much support. i've been asking my dad for a gym membership for the past year and i still haven't got one. i'm pretty independent hough. i walk to school or ride my bike. i can take the bus places that are far. my goal is to lose atleast 1-2 pounds per week, preferably 2. any help would be great! green tea is good..and cut out sweets..try a vegetarian diet:) Exercise! whoa whoa whoa! 2 pounds per week is way too much! If you go at that rate, you'll lost 104 pounds in a year and you'll be skinny and tight, but you'll have flabby lose skin! Why don't you go for half a pound a week. That way, you're sure this is a lifestyle change. Because if you crash and burn, your weight will only SPIKE! and your metabolism stops too. Exercise! but why? don't u like the way you are. i don't get it why does ppl well mostly girls would try to lose weight to be prefect. You should ask your docter on the diet best for you. Its better to ask a professinal. I enthusiastically recommend the Rice Diet for anyone who's had trouble losing weight in the past or has gotten desperate on the yo-yo diet cycle.
