What in the world is up with these kids??? And parents why aren't you doing your job?? |
I am reading about these kids wanting & needing to date at age 11. I had a 13 year old cuss me out on yahoo IM today because I answered her question, saying that she was too young to date or even think about guys!! And she said that she had every right to cuss me out!!! These kids have no respect for adults at all! I see kids from the ages of 9-15 haning out at the mall all by them selves!! What is up with that??? What kind of parent drops of their kids at the mall all by them selves with out a parent there with them?? And on weekends I see kids of all ages ( 8-15) all over town riding there bikes or walking with out their parents with them!! Parents: Why aren't you with your kids at all times!! Don't you know that the Mall is the 3rd place in the nation to for a child to get kidnapped!! ( FYI- a pet store is the #1 place in the nation for a child to get kidnapped) A mall or pet store is not a baby sitting service, don't use it as one! I totally agree with you!! i was never allowed to just go to the mall...i always had someone older with me. Im not a parent, im only 19, but i totally agree with you. I'll help spread this message. :D I didnt know that pet stores were #1...thats really scary! Many parents r a shame today. Parents now days are just lazy. I wasn't like that when I was a kid. Parents today want to be cool and be a friend instead of a parent. they have to understand that there children can have a lifetime of friends, but they are there only parents! being a kid once and being a step parent now. I dont get it either. Its a shame and makes me mad. What were you doing on a kids chat room? Anyway, you can't tell younger kids what to do. They have to learn by making mistakes. |
